The hotel, nestled in a nice building, offers a pleasant and clean environment with a lovely view over the lake. The rooms are modern, individual, and equipped with WiFi and a mini bar.- The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is courteous and very good.- Its location by the lake is magnificent and marvelous.

The staff were amazingly nice and excellent too. The breakfast was sensational with a wide array of meals. The free parking was on site, really great service. The pool was very clean and the views were nice.

The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food options. Excellent remote location near the outskirts of Gruissan. - the service was really great, making the hotel an excellent little place. - the staff were helpful. - the bathroom was a big size.

We have stayed here several times and until last year the breakfast was almost perfect. Now there is unfortunately no more baguette but only toast bread and baked Chiabattas, jam in tins and so on. Unfortunately there are no teapots available for tea drinkers, but the tea bag is too strong when prepared in the cup. What a shame!

The room was clean and in a quiet location. It was very pleasant to get bicycles to make trips to the surrounding area.

The breakfast buffet could already be refilled for the later coming guests.

The breakfast was good. The pool in the adjacent casino is nice. The peaceful atmosphere was pleasant. Good location for exploring the area. Clean room with a nice bathroom. Small patio with morning sun. Convenient tea and coffee making facilities.

Pool isn't so great

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are low, making it a great choice for those on a budget. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are in good condition and very clean, with a big bathroom and a separate toilet, which is a nice touch. Lastly, the location next to a casino adds a bit of excitement and entertainment for guests.

All aspects of the hotel were up to par, nothing to complain about.

Not a usual offering by Best Western, more like a seaside resort. Part of a complex complete with family entertainment and a casino. Pick a room overlooking the lake to the side and enjoy the wildlife from your balcony. Super position near the village and marina/port of Gruissan.Had all modern faclilities including welcome air-con. Good breakfast in or outside in garden. Free and easy parking.

Looks like a 60s American motel.
